Introduction & Club Philosophy

Welcome to GreeneCar (greenecar.co.uk). By purchasing a Pass or attending any GreeneCar event, you agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions and our Club Code of Conduct. GreeneCar operates non-competitive driving tours focused on automotive passion, camaraderie, and lifestyle.

Code of Conduct & Road Safety

  • GreeneCar events are STRICTLY NOT RACES OR SPEED COMPETITIONS.
  • All drivers must obey local UK traffic laws, speed limits, and road regulations at all times.
  • Reckless driving, dangerous overtaking, or aggressive behaviour towards the public or fellow participants will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund.

Driver & Vehicle Requirements

  • All drivers must hold a valid, full UK or international driving licence.
  • Vehicles must be road-worthy, fully taxed, insured, and hold a valid MOT where applicable.
  • The registered vehicle (Make, Model, Registration) provided during checkout must match the vehicle driven on the day unless prior written notice is given to GreeneCar.

Pass Booking & Entry Limits

  • Event passes are strictly limited to 15 vehicles to maintain event quality and exclusivity.
  • Places are secured on a first-come, first-served basis upon full payment completion.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to strict event capacity and venue bookings, pass purchases are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • If GreeneCar postpones or cancels an event due to extreme circumstances, passes will be valid for the rescheduled date or fully refunded.

Club Membership & Fees

  • GreeneCar operates as an exclusive automotive drivers’ club.
  • Year 1 Access: Purchasing a Cotswolds Pass (£499 / £798) includes a complimentary 12-month GreeneCar Club Membership for the first year starting from the date of purchase.
  • Renewal Fees (Year 2 onwards):
    • Founding Members (first 15 participants): Guaranteed renewal rate of £350/year.
    • New Members: Standard annual membership rate of £495/year.
  • All membership fees and event passes are strictly non-refundable once issued.

Media & Intellectual Property

  • By attending, participants consent to being photographed and recorded during the event.
  • GreeneCar reserves the right to use event media featuring participants and their vehicles for promotional and marketing purposes across digital platforms.

Liability & Indemnity

  • Participants enter and attend GreeneCar events entirely at their own risk.
  • GreeneCar accepts no responsibility for personal injury, third-party damage, fines, or loss/damage to vehicles during the event.
